At Photokrop, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services with complete transparency and client
satisfaction.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Nature of Digital Services
Photokrop provides digital services such as editing, branding, website development, and consultancy.
Since these services involve time, creativity, and manual effort, refunds are limited once work has
started.
2. Free Sample Policy
- Free sample edits are provided for demonstration purposes only
- No payment is required for sample services
- Samples are non-refundable as they are free
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction)
- Service was not started within the agreed timeline
- Project cancelled before work begins
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- Work has already started on your project
- Editing or design has been delivered
- Client changes mind after project initiation
- Delay caused by lack of client response
- Client provided incorrect requirements
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be provided depending on how much work has been completed.
Example:
If 30–50% of the project work is already completed, only the remaining unused portion may be eligible
for refund.
6. Revision Instead of Refund
If you are not satisfied with the output, we encourage revision requests.
Photokrop focuses on improving and refining work rather than cancelling projects.
7. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Amount will be credited via the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment provider
8. Cancellation Policy
- You can request cancellation before work starts
- Once work begins, cancellation may not be possible
9. Abuse Protection
Photokrop reserves the right to refuse refunds if a client repeatedly requests refunds after work
delivery
or misuses the service system.
